A message about our new website from President and founder Daniel Hristea

Welcome to the new website of Fundatia pentru Asistenta Sociala si Tineret! I hope you will find it a useful tool, whether you are a first-time visitor or a longtime supporter. On this site, you will find information about our organisation and our activities, tools for supporting our work, and different ways for staying in touch with us and being informed about what we do.

If you are a first-time visitor, welcome! We hope you will find all the information you are looking for in regards to our work and we hope you will be inspired to start lending us a helping hand in making this world a better place. If you are a longtime visitor to our site, you don't have to browse through all the pages to find what`s new: all the latest articles, comments and posts appear always on the first page of the website for easier visualisation.

This new website offers much more information online, so that you can be even better aquainted with our work. We also have made it easier than ever to donate to FAST securely through Paypal. Click on your preferred currency on the Donate to FAST page, and you will be taken to a secure site from which you can donate any amount towards our mission and activities. If you would prefer to make an automatic monthly donation, to be part of our Child Sponsorship Programme or to learn more about donating to us, please see Donate to FAST page or send us an email at any of the addresses below.

It is also now easier than ever to stay up to date on our work here at Centrul Ziurel and in the community. You can sign up to receive new updates in your e-mail, or in an online feed reader, just look for the orange RSS symbol at the top right of this page. If you are a Facebook user, you can follow us via our new Facebook page.

We see our friends as part of an extended FAST family that stretches around the globe, and we hope that you can use our Facebook page to stay in contact with us and each other, and to post stories, photos, and videos from your time with us. You will also be able to see new updates from the Facebook page.

Finally, I would like to mention some changes that have been happening in our organization itself. A new member of our team, Mara Isac, will be taking over from me as Executive Director of FAST. I will stay on as President, and will continue to manage several different areas within the organization, but much of the organisation is now in Mara`s capable hands, and I could not be more pleased about the new things we will be able to do with her help. Please give her a warm welcome to FAST.
